Pam Patterson | Greenville, SC Realtor
We moved to the Upstate in 1994 and have watched Greenville and the surrounding communities morph into what they are today! It's exciting to consider what may be in the future. Although my roots are in North Carolina , I consider Greenville home and can truly say I love where I live!
I have been married for 26 years and most of that time has been spent right here in the Upstate of South Carolina. A few years after we were married, we left N.C. and moved to Charleston and were then quickly transferred to Greenville in 1994. Our involvement in missions at our church led us to full time missions to the Dominican Republic in 2003. When we received the call to return to the U.S., it was only natural for us to return to our home, Greenville, S.C. We have basically raised our 3 children here, with a slight detour in a spanish speaking country.
I enjoy volunteering in my church with missions and women's ministry but I am most at peace when on any beach, so I consider myself easy to please....just give me the ocean! I feel one of my strengths is helping/serving others. That's why I love this job! It is so fulfilling to me to help others through the sale of a home, or helping navigate through the buying process. I find myself just as excited for my clients as they are when moving to their next adventure. I truly look at real estate as an adventure. Real Estate and design have been a huge interest to me for as long as I can remember. Early in life I desired to be creative and work in planning and selling properties. Due to my husband being a builder, we have built, bought and sold, lived in, etc. approximately 20 homes in our 26 married years. Some people think we're crazy. Our response always is, "We just love it"! We enjoy the process of looking, planning, designing, changing, and then remodeling and/or building, etc. I have years of experience in these areas and would consider it an absolute pleasure to assist you in this new chapter in your life.
